Well we had a great weekend, so I'm told. Thanks to all the old boys that came out and gave us a game this weekend. It was good to see so many people come out. Now we have to get back to business and have a good week of practice. This is an important week for us.
Monday 10/13 - Get some fitness work in. It's been a long two weeks since South Bend and alot of people have not been at practice. Make sure fitness isn't an issue on Saturday.
Tuesday 10/14- MEN- Practice at Northside KofC (http://kelts.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1218) at 6:00. PLEASE BE THERE AND READY TO GET STARTED AT 6:00. If at all possible. We only have light until about 7:30 and we need every minute of it. Be there and be ready, we have alot of work to do. This is a must win league game this weekend.
WOMEN Cincy Women practice at Northside KofC 6:00-8:00. Be there and ready to get started at 6. Elizabeth, you will be training in Iowa this week and next. If you need help getting a plane ticket, let me know, I'd gladly chip in to get you to Iowa.
Wednesday 10/15- Go for a jog.
Thursday 10/16-MEN- Practice at Northside KofC (http://kelts.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1218) at 6:00. Again, PLEASE BE THERE AND READY TO GET STARTED AT 6:00.
WOMEN Women practice VOA Park 6:00 to 8:00.
Friday 10/17- Nothing is going on.
Saturday 10/18- .MEN vs. Kalamazoo 1PM at Northside KofC(???) Be there and kitted up and ready to get started at 11:45
WOMEN vs. Scioto @ Scioto. I am unsure about time and exact location but I am sure more info will be posted on this soon.
Sunday 10/19- I am going to the Bengal's game but you can do what you want.
Again I'd like to thank all the old boys that came out and even Hook for getting them organized. I think it was alot of fun. Please keep coming out and supporting your club and get a game in every once in a while. Consider it practice for next year. And current Kelts...GET TO PRACTICE!!!! That is all.
