I back-saved this to a PDF v3.0. It is screen optimized, so it may not print out well, but it will read o.k. on screen. I tried to send the better quality version, but it was too big.

As usual, great job on the newsletter, Curt!!

It would be nice if we could set something up where other people actually help contribute to the newsletter so that Curt isn't doing ALL the work!!

Are you volunteering?

Good stuff Curt! And I love your avatar, once again!

Toby, I have volunteered numerous times to write up stuff for the women's events, games, etc... I have written articles for past newsletters that were never written... I have updated information for the women's section on the website that has never been posted....

Obviously, I am just a boring writer.

Since I started doing the newsletter I have not recieved anything from anyone for the newsletter. If anyone wants to write a short column, feel free to. I'd be more than happy to include it.

Some ideas I had for columns are a "Women's Column", a "Coaching Column", a "Player Profile" column, a "Favorite Recipe" column, and others. If anyone has ideas and articles, feel free to write them and e-mail them to me at:
ads-r-us@excite.com

I would love to unload some of the writing of this newsletter, I'm not the best writer in the world in case you haven't already noticed. For those who respond, I will give you a deadline on when to have the article submitted to me by for publication. Cheers. :D

Curt - I'd love to write something. I have heard I tend to get too long winded, but I don't think it bothers anyone. Just give me any topic, if I don't know anything about it, I'll just make it up.

Don't worry about being too long winded. As editor I reserve the right to "cut out the fat" in all columns. If it's a really good column and doesn't have ramblings I'll leave it alone. Mostly I'll be cutting down copy or adding copy to copy fit the columns to fit the end-size of the newsletter.

Pauly might as well hand in a blank piece of paper! Just kidding Paul, I'm behind you 100% on your editorial debut!

I think that "Corner" should be spelled with a "K"!

Curt,
I'm not the best journalist but if you ever need a hand and want to dump a column on me I'd be happy to help!

Sounds like a winner to me. (As long as you don't piss-off or offend the census)

Maybe we can call it Kenny's Corner,
or Deep thoughts by Husky Ken. Pick an article name and write away.:)

Curt, as usual, you did a shitty job.

Seriously, if you want to get contributors, let us know when you plan on putting out a new issue, then ask for contributors. If the same people keep contributing, walk up to new people and get there input.

Curt, just give me a deadline and I'll give you something for the women's column... or I'll just ask Fort or someone that is actually interesting to write something!!!

I'll be working on the next one when we get back from Toronto. This way we have some juicy stuff. If people want to write articles, I'd say e-mail them to me by May 7th. I plan on posting the next one on Monday May13th. Wow, that's our first deadline. So lets go all you wanna-be writers, start thinking of topics you want to write about.:)
