North Bend wins the City Championship! Congrats to Coaches Mike Mers, Danny Thomas, and Tim Edmund, as well as the players themselves for a fine season. And thank you to all of the coaches, parents, and friends of rugby for their efforts, and to the Midwest Rugby Foundation for their support.
Hopefully we will have more teams next year, but it will take even more effort from all of us to make it happen. If you would like to be more involved and help with an existing club or start a new club, let me know at qcrugby@yahoo.com and I will let you know what you need to do and what assistance is available. The sooner we start, the easier it will be come next spring.
