The apartment below Rachel and me just became available. It is a 1 bdrm, $625/mo with a washer/dryer included and DirecTV paid for. As an added bonus, you'll always have the option of coming upstairs to bug Rachel and then she'll make you something for dinner, because it's really easy to twist her arm.
