I think we should have a team dinner at Claddaugh Pub before the season begins. Perhaps Friday the 30th or Saturday the 31st to avoid the holiday weekend. Up for suggestions, but we should get this together.

Good call, don't we have to have at least four "events" there for our sponsorship? This could be an opporuntity, possibly a season kick-off.

I agree, we need to have an event there soon...that night or before we need to make sure we present kevin the jerseys he paid for, so we need to make sure that we have them first.

Very good idea! If this is going to be one of our 4 events there, we should probably plan this in the next day or two so that people can make plans and we can have a good showing. Can they reserve a section for us?

I just realized that the 30th and 31st is the holiday weekend. I am such a mutant. Anyway, I can set this up with Kevin if that is cool with everyone. Personally, I would rather this be a social outing and not the night before a game. What does everyone else want to do???

We should do it when we don't have a game the next day. We can say whatever we want before we get to the bar, but it always ends up kelts on parade.

I am going to get in contact with Kevin the owner. I forsee that there is no way that they are going to allow 20-30 of us to march in at 7:30-8:00. I suggest we go later. I am thinking around 9:00-9:30. Claddaugh does not allow reservations on the weekend. This is late, but we need to cooperative sponsor or not. I have waited over an hour and a half for just six of us. I will call and set this up, but I need to if 9:00-9:30 is OK and I need a head count.

Matt the manager is going to try to get us the gothic room. We need to get there early so we can give them an exact number and they can accomodate??? us. This is very short notice for the Pub and they are going to their best for us. Let's get a good number of people out and make it worth their time and effort. Afterwards some of my friends and I are going to Empire. Everyone feel free to stumble in their with us. It should be fun.
